The Dispute Resolution Program Needs to Hear from You! On July 14, S-T residents who attended the Dialogoue on April 26, received a letter from Avis Ridley-Thomas. She is trying to arrange another session with "groups", (whatever that means, its supposed to be Community Leaders, according to the Stipulation to Stay the Law Suit) to represent the neighborhood in continuing, more limited discussions with Home Depot. We don't think there is anything to resolve, and there is no dispute, but because we don't want to be left out, we'll go ahead and participate. Contact the Dispute Resolution Office and let them know your thoughts. Mediate@lacity.org (213) 485-0390 (213) 485- 8916 fax 222 S. Hill St. Suite 600 Los Angeles, CA 90012 Please visit the No 2 Home Depot website for more discussion of this new twist. We have some information posted there about the results of the dialogue.
